Only on your iPhone or iPad. Best scores, history, streaks and badges live inside the app on this device. There is no account and nothing is uploaded, so the game works the same with no connection at all.
Open Settings in the app and choose the reset option. That clears every score and badge on this device. Deleting the app removes the same data.
Only when you share a result and pick "Save Image". iOS asks once whether the app may add that picture to your library. Saying no just means the image is not saved; everything else keeps working.
A shape needs enough points and has to come back near where it started. Very short or open strokes are skipped instead of scored. In Blind mode the line is hidden while you draw and appears when you lift your finger.
